The 2010/2011 school year was a banner year for Bishop McManus Academy.  Enrollment was up, the number of Learning Centers increased from 3 to 7, and we just finished our first year with Switched-On Schoolhouse, our new fully computerized curriculum. But the most exciting event was the move on the first day of summer recess from our "home" of 30 years-8801 Chef Mentuer Hwy.--to our brand new facilities at 13123 I-10 Service Rd.! Our new facilities boast multiple classrooms, conference rooms, 3 completely outfitted computer labs, and will include a softball field, baseball field, 2 volleyball courts, a full size gymnasium, cafeteria and 2,500 sq. ft. play facility, all of which are currently under construction to be completed soon!
